It looked like a few people are selling the same device but have different descriptions. One was listed as compatible with Android tablets but was $17 I think. The one I ordered stated it was for 98SE and ME. I kinda chuckled at that thinking that 15 years ago when those OS's were out, the micro USB connection didn't even exist or was very rare to see!

I figured I would have to use a micro to standard adapter cable (commonly called OTG) and connect another adapter to that cable. This little device is working pretty well so far and I can't wait until my next call to configure a router or modem! It will be awesome to use this little Dell tablet to connect to modems, Cisco equipment, and other devices rather than lugging in my big laptop. Now to just find a nice priced micro USB to serial adapter and I won't have to think about or use any of my OTG cables.
